| About the Team & Role

At MIRIDIH, we’ve been growing fast — reaching KRW 19.3B in revenue in 2021, KRW 33.1B in 2022, and KRW 60.7B in 2023, with KRW 7.7B in operating profit. The Global Business Development Team was formed to expand into new international markets, building on our dominant position in Korea’s design solutions space.

 

We're looking for a creative and globally-minded Content Marketing Intern with a sharp eye for social media trends and strong image/video production skills. If you live and breathe platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — and know what kind of content actually performs — this is your opportunity to put that knowledge into action. You'll play a key role in crafting compelling visual content that resonates across global audiences and drives real results. From idea to execution, your creativity will help shape how we communicate and grow worldwide.

 


| What You'll Do

  • Plan and produce performance-driven ad creatives (images & videos) that spark interest and drive user action across global channels.
  • Ideate, craft, and send CRM content that nurtures user engagement and builds lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute owned content (blog posts, social media assets, etc.) tailored to key audience segments and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Run content experiments based on content performance data and user behavior insights to optimize creative output and discover new means of growth.

 


| What We're Looking For

  • Native-level English fluency or experience studying at a university abroad, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly across cultures.
  • Basic proficiency in Korean to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to create both image and video content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, memes, and content formats that drive engagement across global platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in planning and managing content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X (Twitter).

  • This is a 3- to 6-month internship position — the exact duration is flexible and open to discussion.
  • You can expect to hear back within 2 weeks after your application, and up to 3 weeks after the interview stage.
