[담당 업무]
1. Installation, operation, maintenance, repair, update and support of medical imaging equipment (CT, MR, X-ray, nuclear medical equipment, etc.).
2. Maintain seamless communication with headquarters and regional support centers related to customer requests and complaints.
3. Management and reporting of data related to Seoul/Gyeonggi region vs. customer service.
[직무사항]
1. Supporting the Service process and ensure optimal performance in all process activities related to within his area of responsibility.
2. Escalate incidents directly to the "Regional Support Center" (RSC) according to the defined parameters.
3. Report any customer complaints with proper documentation.
4. Ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment and report the usage on any related service report.
5. Comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthineers.
6. Maintain highest customer satisfaction, within the framework of Siemens Healthineers, Customer Services.
7. All responsibilities and jobs must be performed as cost-effectively as possible, taking profitability into account.
[필수 자격 요건]
1. Those who have earned a bachelor's degree or higher in electrical and electronic engineering or health sciences, such as electronic engineering and medical engineering, or prospective acquisitions.
2. Those who can communicate in English (business education available in overseas training).
3. MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) users.
4. A person who has no grounds for disqualification from overseas travel (in the case of men, military service required or exempted).
5. Driver's license holder or prospective acquirer.

1. 현장에서 대고객 커뮤니케이션 업무 및 유연한 대응이 가능하신 분
2. 서울/경기 지역 근무에 어려움이 없는 분
[채용 조건]
- 고용형태 : 인턴 3개월 (근무 후 평가를 통해 정규직 전환 가능)
- 채용경력 : 신입-1년
- 근무지 : 지멘스헬시니어스 서울 본사 (서울 강남역)
- 급여 : 회사 내규에 따름
