◾ 근무기간 : 12개월
◾ 근무시간 : 월 ~토요일 중 5일 근무 (수/토요일 격주로 휴무), 근무시간 6:00 am ~ 3:00 pm
◾ 주급: $800 /wk
◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $41,600 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능 )
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 6 holidays, 5 paid vacation, 8 paid sick days, Cell phone support $50 /month , Gym reimbursement upto $70 /month, 숙소지원
Job Description
물류의 전 과정을 배우고 담당하는 직무로 효율적이고 안전한 재고·출고·운송 관리와 품질 보증, 부서 간 협업, 프로세스 개선을 통해 고객 만족과 공급망 경쟁력을 높이는 역할을 합니다.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, including perishable and non-perishable items. Conducting regular stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Order Fulfillment and Dispatch: Coordinating the picking, packing, and dispatching of vegetable orders in a timely and accurate manner. Ensuring that all shipments are prepared according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Transportation Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating the transportation of vegetables to and from suppliers, warehouses, and customers. Collaborating with carriers, drivers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Route Planning and Optimization: Designing efficient delivery routes to minimize transportation costs and maximize delivery speed. Utilizing route planning software and tools to optimize delivery schedules.
- Quality Assurance and Handling Procedures: Implementing and overseeing quality control measures to ensure that vegetables are handled and stored appropriately to maintain freshness and quality. Conducting inspections to identify any issues with received or stored produce.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring that all shipments comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including temperature control and packaging standards. Managing and maintaining accurate documentation, including bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
- Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of transportation vehicles, refrigeration units, and other logistics equipment. Ensuring that warehouses and storage facilities meet safety and operational standards.
- Risk Management and Contingency Planning: Identifying potential risks in the logistics process and implementing contingency plans to address issues such as vehicle breakdowns or delays in delivery.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinating with the purchasing team to ensure that inventory levels align with demand forecasts and sales projections. Working closely with the sales team to meet customer delivery requirements and expectations.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in logistics operations. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
