[In this Role, you’ll get to:]
- Support employee onboarding processes and assist in organizing training and development initiatives
- Provide assistance to employees on HR-related topics such as leave, compensation, and benefits, ensuring timely resolution of any issues
- Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover rates) to support decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and physical formats
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Coordinate and manage HR-related events and engagement activities (e.g., Family Day, Annual Party) to enhance employee experience
- Conduct periodic HR audits and prepare reports as required
[What you'll Need to Succeed:]
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the organization
- High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Strong team player with a results-driven and proactive approach
