We are looking for a passionate intern to join our Bannockburn, IL team. The AP Intern will work with our vendors and management to assure accurate and timely payables as well as learning the accounting process for a US based company. They will collaborate with other teams and process spending approvals as well as working hand in hand with our Finance and Admin team. This will be a great opportunity for those looking to move into the finance field.

▶급여 : $45,000 / a year
▶근무시간 :08:00~17:00, Mon-Fri (40 hours per week) + O/T as needed

[자격요건]
Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
대학교 3학년부터 졸업 후 1년 미만의 졸업생
졸업 후 1년 이상 지난 경우 관련 분야 전공 및 경력자 (경력증명서 필요)

Completing Credit Card transactions
Weekly AP payment group preparation
Handle month end closing tasks
Create weekly WK (HQ) Wire for commercial invoices (Inventory)
