Job Description

Logistics Center interns are responsible for performing various tasks related to supply chain management. Logistics Center interns are expected to work closely with Warehouse Management to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the supply chain. As well, this role will learn and assist how to analyze warehouse operations data.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution of daily operations.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products.
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Provide customer service via email and telephone conference to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Review and implement warehouse-related SOPs with Warehouse supervisors to ensure the smooth flow of warehouse operations.
  • Responsible for the storage and archiving of relevant documents.
  • Provide and analyze warehouse data, archiving, accounting and system data input.
  • Create complex business reports by gathering requirements from business leaders.
  • Support startup warehouse operations, as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or currently enrolled and pursuing a degree
  • in a related field.
  • Bilingual – fluent in English and Korean is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external parties.
