HK Produce Group is a produce wholesale and distribution company based in Queens, NY. Established in 2001, we are sourcing fresh fruit and vegetables from our domestic and international suppliers, and are delivering those to local supermarkets with our committed service.

  

모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Sales (NY), Logistics(MD)

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 

◾ 근무시간 : 월 ~토요일 중 5일 근무 (수/토요일 격주로 휴무), 근무시간 6:00 am ~ 3:00 pm

◾ 주급: $800 /week 

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $41,600 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능 )

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 6 holidays, 5 paid vacation, 8 paid sick days, Cell phone support $50 /month , Gym reimbursement upto $70 /month, 숙소지원

* 회사에서 주거를 제공하고 있습니다, 가구, 주방물품은 대부분 준비되어 있어서 본인 침대 정도만 준비하시면 될 것으로 보이고, utility 정도만 입주 직원들끼리 나눠서 납부하면 됩니다. 숙소는 총원 6~7명으로 운용됩니다. 단, 방 제한이 있어서 나중에 들어오는 직원의 방은 아래층에 마련되거나, 경우에 따라 2인실로 배정될 수 있습니다.

* 성실함 (꾸준함) 과 영어 communication & computer 사용 능력, 그리고 기존 직원들과의 융합을 고려하여 team work을 중요하게 보고 있습니다. Sales는 운전면허가 꼭 필요하고, Logistics는 물류/창고 경험자나 Spanish 가능자의 경우 가산점이 있습니다.

Roles & Responsibilities

▪Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Prospecting and acquiring new customers to expand the client base.

▪ Product Knowledge and Presentation: Demonstrating a deep understanding of the company's vegetable products and their benefits. Conducting product presentations and demonstrations for potential and existing customers

▪ Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with sales manager to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Setting sales targets and goals in alignment with company objectives

▪ Order Processing and Management: Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery

▪ Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Providing feedback and insights to the sales manager for informed decision-making

▪ Price Negotiation and Quoting: Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable deals. Providing accurate and competitive price quotes to potential clients

▪ Customer Service and Support: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a t imely and professional manner. Offering solutions to customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

▪ Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, interactions, and transactions. Generating regular sales reports for management review

▪ Sales Targets and Performance Metrics: Monitoring individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals

▪ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments (e.g., purchasing, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Sharing customer feedback and market insights with relevant teams

▪ Feedback and Market Intelligence: Providing valuable feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences. Sharing market intelligence to help refine the product offering

▪ Continuous Learning and Development: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

▪ Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring that all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Conducting business with integrity and professionalism.


Logistics Team - 물류/창고 경험자나 Spanish 가능자 우대

Roles & Responsibilities

▪ Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, including perishable and non-perishable items. Conducting regular stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.

▪ Order Fulfillment and Dispatch: Coordinating the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders in a timely and accurate manner with the warehouse staff. Ensuring that all shipments are prepared according to customer specifications and quality standards.

▪ Quality Assurance and Handling Procedures: Implementing and overseeing quality control measures to ensure that vegetables are handled and stored appropriately to maintain freshness and quality. Conducting inspections to identify any issues with received or stored produce.

▪ Transportation Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating the transportation of vegetables to and from suppliers, warehouses, and customers. Collaborating with carriers, drivers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.

▪ Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring that all shipments comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including temperature control and packaging standards. Managing and maintaining accurate documentation, including bills of lading, and customs paperwork.

▪ Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of transportation vehicles, refrigeration units, and other logistics equipment. Ensuring that warehouses and storage facilities meet safety and operational standards.

▪ Risk Management and Contingency Planning: Identifying potential risks in the logistics process and implementing contingency plans to address issues such as vehicle breakdowns or delays in delivery.

▪ Collaboration with Other Teams: Coordinating with the purchasing team to ensure that inventory levels align with demand forecasts and sales projections. Working closely with the sales team to meet customer delivery requirements and expectations.

▪ Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in logistics operations. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
