Blind is where 12M+ professionals come to talk honestly about work. We're expanding into industries where U.S. Blind is still early — and we’re looking for interns with high ownership to help us grow.
You’ll work directly with our U.S.-based growth team, focused entirely on growing the U.S. Blind product. Everything you do — from outreach to strategy to content — will be aimed at a U.S. audience.
Given the limited time zone overlap, we’re looking for someone who can operate independently, manage deadlines without handholding, and reliably follow through on ideas.
We’re not looking for someone who just executes instructions well. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the mission, creates their own plan, and follows through.
What You’ll Do💫
Design and execute creative growth strategies to reach new user segments in the U.S.
Research user needs and market dynamics to shape outreach and engagement approaches.
Iterate quickly, test new ideas, and document what works to inform future playbooks.
Contribute to content and messaging across platforms to support broader growth goals.
Write compelling copy for outreach and content.
Who We’re Looking For🔥
Native English speaker (not just fluent).
Has lived or studied in the U.S. or another English-speaking country.
Deep familiarity with American workplace culture and norms.
Based in Korea and available during U.S.-aligned hours.
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university (this position is not a summer internship).
Self-starter who can take initiative, manage their own time, and deliver without micromanagement.
Strong written communicator who can explain ideas clearly in async channels like Slack or Notion.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
Curious and resourceful — can find answers and examples independently.
Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for basic documentation and collaboration.
Able to interpret performance data (e.g., post views, engagement, CTR) and request deeper insights from the data team.
Nice to Have🙆🏻♀️
Experience running small-scale marketing or growth campaigns (even school or side projects).
Experience actively using or managing online communities like Discord, Reddit, Instagram, etc.
