모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Associate Product Manager 

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 08:30AM ~ 17:30PM

◾  급여: $18~22 / an hour (경력에 따라 협의)

◾  연 환산 급여: 약 $37,440~45,760 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾  자격조건: 제품 관련하여 업무를 진행한 경험자 혹은 아닐 경우 마케팅 전공자 우대

Job Description

- Support the Product Manager in developing products from concept to commercialization across various categories

- Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends to identify product opportunities

- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns/programs and provide insights to relevant business teams

- Assist in managing the NPD (New Product Development) pipeline, aligning with brand objectives and business goals

- Support the go-to-market strategy and ensure successful product launches

- Assist in developing trade promotion materials for trade shows and brand-related events

- Maintain and manage product specifications, sales information, and marketing collateral (e.g., sell sheets, brochures)

- Provide product-related support to the sales team, ensuring alignment with brand and business strategies

 우대조건

-  Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing major preferred)

- 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or related roles in the CPG industry

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across team

- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Passion for the food industry and consumer trends
