근무조건
-근무시간 : 월-목, 오전 9:00 - 오후 6:00, 금요일 오전 9:00 - 오후 4:00 (주 40시간)
( 주40시간 이상은 1.5배 수당 지급 )

업무내용
[- The E-Commerce Operation Associate manages distribution channels across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America while supporting sales growth and profitability. This role handles daily e-commerce operations, including site content management, merchandising, inventory and review management, product listings, advertising, data entry, and reporting. Knowledge of Amazon and other online selling platforms is required, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently. The associate collaborates with business partners and contributes proactively beyond assigned training.]
- Manage Amazon sales operations, including advertising, inventory, and pricing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Optimize product listings through SEO improvements and data-driven analysis to enhance visibility and sales performance.
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain product availability and prevent overstock.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitors, and assist in product planning and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, purchase order management, and customer issue resolution.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal events to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasting, and campaign outcomes for management review.
- Coordinate product launches and manage timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the e-commerce team.
Spigen’s Logistics Admin Associate performs a crucial role in overseeing all the activities in an organization related to e-Commerce online orders or B2B orders by operating different programs and software such as SAP, Shipstation, etc. An ideal candidate would plan, forecast, analyze, troubleshoot, and manage processes and operations related to stocks, inventories, and orders and shipments.
- Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees
- Maintain adequate storage for warehouse and on-site inventory
- Create an efficient space utilization plan
- Keep up with changing technologies such as computer software
- Oversee overall operations and procedures regarding stocks, inventory, and orders and shipment
- Collaborate with other departments as well as headquarters in order to meet customer needs
- Communicate with external vendors as well as create liaisons with business partners
- Maintain delivery schedules as well as PO records on purchases
- Responsible for data analysis including forecasting
- Responsible for financial and administrative aspects including data entry, record keeping, billing, and managing invoices
- Assist customs compliance/clearance
- Other related duties as assigned
