[담당업무]

-Enhances customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication of quality issues.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and complaints.

-Collect and analyze field failure data and customer feedback.

-Lead or support 8D problem-solving processes to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

-Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product quality and reliability.

-Participate in product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

[자격요건]

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or related fields.

-Understanding of semiconductor devices and basic manufacturing processes flow.

-Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)

-Team player with good interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in MS Office 

[우대사항]

-Experience with field failure or customer quality data analysis

-Experience with 8D or similar problem‑solving methodologies
