Responsibilities

• Subdued KR 온라인 스토어 및 플랫폼(무신사) 운영 지원
• 고객 문의 및 주문 취소 관련 CS 응대
• 상품 등록 및 프로모션 운영 지원
• 디지털 광고 캠페인 운영 보조
• 기타 이커머스 운영 전반 지원
• Support operations for the Subdued KR online store and platform (Musinsa)
• Handle customer service inquiries and order cancellation requests
• Assist with product registration and promotion operations
• Support digital advertising campaign operations
• Assist with overall e-commerce operations and related tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 패션 / 이커머스 / 디지털 마케팅 분야에 관심있는 분
• 꼼꼼하고 책임감 있게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
• MS Office 및 Google Workspace 활용이 가능하신 분
• 기본적인 영어 의사소통이 가능하신 분 우대
• Shopify, 무신사, Cafe24 어드민 사용 경험이 있으신 분 우대
• Interested in fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Familiar with MS Office and Google Workspace
• Shopify, Musinsa, or Cafe24 admin experience is a plus
