[담당업무]

-Closely manage the Innovation process and R&R to smoothen the process and seek improvement

-Lead evaluating monthly performance of existing innovation SKUs

-Manage CAPEX investment for ongoing Innovation projects

-Develop and lead cross-functional initiatives to gather future innovation ideas that are feasible and desirable

-Deep-dive consumer insights to help inform future direction for Innovation strategy and capture potential opportunities.

-Co-develop business cases and estimate volume estimation by connecting consumer, market performance data 

[자격요건]

-Bachelor’s degree or above: business, marketing are preferred

-Minimum 5 years experience, and at least 2+ yrs of marketing performance or Insight related experience a must

-Able to comprehend consumer, performance, and financial data

-Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills

-Intellectual curiosity, Team spirit with strong ownership 

-Comfortable communication in verbal and written English & Korean

-Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
