[담당업무]

Strategic Partnership & Growth Acceleration

-Proactively discover and develop local and global partnerships aligned with company vision and goals. Partners include ad networks, media partners, reselling partners, agencies and more. 

-Foster existing alliances and new strategic partnerships with industry-leading platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat and more to drive mutual growth.  

-Establish AB180’s global trust and presence through a robust partner network. 


Technical Integration & Ecosystem Strengthening

-Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to define and execute technical integration roadmaps with global ad/media platforms.

-Support sales/marketing collateral development to deliver best practices, case studies, presentations to the global market. 

-Lead internal cross-functional collaboration with Security, Product, and Legal teams to ensure global compliance and seamless technical alignment.


Joint Go-To-Market & Business Initiative

-Develop and launch joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with partners, spearheading initiatives such as webinars, offline events, and co-marketing campaigns.

-Define and track partnership KPIs, using data-backed insights to continuously refine and optimize our collaborative impact.


[자격요건]

-3+ years in Partnership Management, Business Development, or B2B SaaS Sales.

-Deep-rooted understanding of the MMP, Mar-tech, and Ad-tech landscape, including the global platform ecosystem.

-Proven ability to interface with senior-level decision-makers at global firms, navigating complex interests to drive contracts and measurable business impact.

-Native-level fluency in both Korean and English is a must. This role requires the ability to engage and negotiate directly with C-level executives from Korea & global media platforms, demanding exceptional eloquence and sharp communication skills especially in English. 

-No restrictions on international travel.

-Bringing a creative approach to partnership strategy, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on untapped market opportunities.

-Hands-on experience building and scaling successful partnerships in international markets.

-Working in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to enhance product competitiveness through technical partnerships.

-Leveraged AI to drive efficiency and automation at work.
