Project Coordination - History App - Currently a project in active development - you'll lead the team and help build the app together. - Support in-house development, using select AI tools. - Build the project's workflow and tools directly - responsible for prototype development through publishing execution. - Coordinate communication between team members and manage progress on concept, content, and build milestones. - Help organize and structure the historical story content that will go into the app. - Research similar history/edutainment apps and contribute to identifying what sets ours apart. - Support early testing and feedback processes during app development. - Communicate progress, issues, and next steps clearly in an English-first work environment. Social Media Marketing - Research trends, topics, hashtags, and content formats relevant to each platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). - Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar. - Support daily posting, scheduling, and platform consistency for short-form and long-form content. - Optimize posts for engagement, reach, and brand identity. - Support execution of promotional campaigns for brands and new IP projects. - Lead brainstorming sessions for new channel concepts or brand extensions. - Write copy for posts, captions, community updates, and marketing materials.

Preferred Qualifications - Korean nationality with a valid Korean passport (holds unrestricted work authorization in South Korea; this role does not include visa sponsorship). - High fluency in English (native or professional level) - this is an English-first work environment. - Professional video editing experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. - Comfortable working in an early-stage, still-forming project with a lot of ambiguity - you'll be helping define the process, not just follow one. - Strong Korean language skills and familiarity with Korean culture. - Prior exposure to app development or working alongside a dev team. - Interest in history, storytelling, or edutainment content. - Experience with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar).
