Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, including phone screens, video interviews, panel interviews, and in-person meetings.

Proactively handle calendar conflicts and rescheduling needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Communicate logistics clearly with candidates, ensuring they are prepared for each step of the interview process.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in the ATS and recruiting spreadsheets.

Assist with sourcing passive candidates, drafting outreach messages, and managing talent pipelines across platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.

Support strategic sourcing through market research and help manage job postings across multiple channels.

Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes and operational efficiency

Support ad-hoc recruitment operations and projects as needed
