● 직무명 : Sales, Marketing Pelicana USA is seeking a dynamic and bilingual professional to join our team as an Operations & Marketing Associate. This hybrid role will support the operational management of our directly operated stores in the U.S. and lead sales and marketing efforts for our Yupdduk (엽기떡볶이) meal kit products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Korean food culture and experience in store operations, training, and marketing. Operations (Franchise & Store Support): - Support the management and oversight of directly operated Pelicana store locations in the U.S. - Train kitchen staff on food preparation standards and operational procedures - Assist with new store openings, including setup, team training, and launch support - Manage and monitor staff performance, customer service, and store operations - Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards across locations Sales & Marketing (Meal Kit Products): - Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies for Yupdduk (엽기떡볶이) meal kits - Conduct market research and identify trends and growth opportunities in the U.S. market - Manage digital marketing and social media campaigns to promote brand awareness - Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams for product distribution and promotion - Support marketing events such as pop-up stores, food fairs, and influencer outreach - Prepare performance reports for both marketing and operational activities

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred  Bilingual in Korean and English (required)  Experience in food service, store operations, or franchise management is a strong plus  Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills  Ability to travel domestically for store visits and events as needed  Strong interest in Korean food and U.S. market expansion strategies

연봉 : $20~$25/hrs (한화 약 6,000만원~7,300만원 내외, 환율에 따라 상이)
