E-Commerce Intern 

Job Descriptions

[E-Commerce Management] 

Managing day-to-day operation on official.com sites and marketplace channels for all brands.

Consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly e-Com sales report

Supporting official.com onsite merchandising and communication plans for all brands

Work with internal team to align product lists and launch on each marketplace channels

Follow up on promotions and campaigns on each marketplace channels

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and recommend action to ensure we build and maintain a leadership position in eCommerce/ Digital

Support and follow up global and local e-business project

[Online Customer Service & Operation Support]

Review online orders by daily basis and support related tasks from customers

Be the first contact for assisting customer for any requests related to online orders

Deliver inbound & outbound call to customer in case of placing cancellation and return

Qualifications

University Degree

Fluent in English and Korean

Working Experience with high end/luxury/premium brands preferred

Prefer 1 - 2years of relevant experience in E-Commerce & Digital

Computer proficiency at MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel and SAP is a plus Strong attention to details 

Team player with good communication skills, Open-minded

Good sense of responsibility
