마케팅 (0명)	한국대중문화를 전세계 팬들에게 전파하기 위한 원스톱 서비스를 제공하는 K-pop 전문 프로모터입니다. 미국 뉴욕에 본사를 두고 있으며, 멕시코와 콜롬비아 지사를 통해 북미는 물론 중남미까지 사업 범위를 확장하고 더 나아가 유럽, 아시아, 오세아니아 등 글로벌 곳곳의 K-pop 팬들에게 잊지 못할 라이브 이벤트를 제공합니다. K-Pop이 K-Culture를 대변하는 트렌드로 발전함에 따라 미국의 1세대 K-Pop 프로모터로서 미국 전역에 콘서트 투어를 기획하고 직접 연출 및 제작을 해오고 있습니다. 빌리, 온리원오브, BDU, 위클리 등의 글로벌 콘서트를 진행한 경력이 있습니다. 담당업무 ● 직무명 : Marketing 1. Develop, maintain, and execute marketing and social media strategies for Studio PAV to promote upcoming tours and artists. 2. Create and manage a content calendar, producing and scheduling engaging content across all social media channels. 3. Manage our bi-weekly Email Marketing Campaign 4. Create and manage Paid Ad Campaigns 5. Lead proactive social listening and engagement efforts, staying on top of industry trends and customer conversations. 6. Prioritize, launch, and manage cross-channel campaigns and platforms with our regional office. 7. Identify, select, and collaborate with influencers that align with brand values and campaigns. 8. Manage the social media budget, allocating resources effectively across platforms, influencer partnerships, and paid campaigns. 9. Monitor competitive data, market trends, and industry best practices to adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement. 10. Manage external partnerships, including influencers, and Press. 11. Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, goals, and promotional priorities. 채용형태 - 인턴 12개월 우대조건  Proficient in managing and creating content on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube  Creative mindset with an eye for detail  Excellent communication and collaboration skills  Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects  Experience with running Social Media advertisements is a plus  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media & Communication or a related field preferred 급여 연봉 약 5,200만원 내외 ($18/hrs or up, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음) ※ Vacations, Holidays.
