■ 직무명 : Marketing Associate 1. Manage and regularly update the hotel’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness. 2. Create and schedule engaging content—including original photos, short videos, and promotions—that reflect the hotel’s identity and services. 3. Conduct basic photoshoots on-site to capture high-quality images of guest rooms, amenities, staff, and special events for marketing use. 4. Assist in the design of simple graphics for social media posts, flyers, promotional materials, and in-room collateral using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express. 5. Monitor social media trends and respond to comments and messages across platforms in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with hotel staff and departments to gather content, event details, and guest stories. 7. Assist in managing and updating content on the hotel website to ensure accuracy and alignment with marketing goals. 8. Support email marketing campaigns and other guest communication efforts. 9. Analyze and report on performance metrics from social media and promotional campaigns. 10. Coordinate with third-party vendors, designers, or photographers for larger-scale marketing initiatives as needed.

급여

연봉 약 5,600만원 내외 ($19/hrs, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)
