Account Management Internship

이러한 업무를 수행합니다: 

Customer Portfolio Support

Assist Account Managers in managing key global accounts, and support account lifecycle activities including onboarding, renewals, customer satisfaction scores, and voice of customers

Help prepare customer-facing materials such as pitch decks, renewal proposals, and performance reviews

CRM Management

Monitor contract timelines, renewal pipeline, and follow-up actions to ensure account management operational accuracy

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze customer engagement metrics, platform usage data, and revenue performance

Assist in designing dashboards and trackers to support business decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and other teams to relay customer feedback and ensure smooth project execution

Support go-to-market initiatives, new feature launches, customer training programs, and drive platform adoption strategies
