• Up to date knowledge of trends that influence home furnishing, retail design and communication to gain insight to a more appealing product presentation for customers in our retail environment

• Good knowledge of the retail omni channel environment and online customer behaviors, especially for the local Market.

• Strong collaboration skills for multifunctional work to get all stakeholders on board.

Your responsibilities

• You are strongly specialized in kitchen consulting with across the home furnishing accessories knowledge.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to secure integration and common focus with store tactical operation.

•You train/coach the store coworker based on core kitchen knowledge about range, concept, guidelines and identified best practices.

• You work closely with the Commercial team to ensure customers are provided with a positive shopping experience.

• Ability to follow up and measure performance of output and capture learnings to improve kitchen planning and performance moving forward.
