We are looking for a passionate intern to join our Bannockburn, IL team. The AP Intern will work with our vendors and management to assure accurate and timely payables as well as learning the accounting process for a US based company. They will collaborate with other teams and process spending approvals as well as working hand in hand with our Finance and Admin team. This will be a great opportunity for those looking to move into the finance field.

모집안내

◾ 채용부문: AP Intern

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 08:00~17:00, Mon-Fri (40 hours per week) + O/T as needed 

◾ 연봉: $45,000 / a year

◾ 급여 외 보상: Winix wants our employees to succeed not only at Winix but in life. We offer a Wednesday work-from-home option and Paid time off with paid holidays.


Responsibilities

◾ Process payments and record expenditures

◾ Credit card reconciliation

◾ Track Expense Reports and Approvals

◾ Review GL accounts for reconciliation at month-end closing

◾ Manage AP accruals

◾ Invoice entry

◾ Assist the Finance team as needed


Must Have

◾  Ability to manage details, appreciate complexity, and engage in problem solving

◾ Higher level Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

◾ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

◾  Ability to work well with a multicultural team

◾  Ability to commute to our Bannockburn, IL office
